In July 2020 Arcadiy Novikov and Anton Pinskiy launched a restaurant in Turkey Novikov Bodrum. Obvious from it’s name the location of this new place has become Turkish spa Bodrum in the southern part of Aegean Sea with it’s famous Yalikavak Marina.
Novikov Bodrum has become the six’s project of Novikov restaurant & Bar group.
The cuisine was set by Novikov restaurant and bar Chef Clifton Ian Muil from London.
For impeccable work of the project he invited about 60 local specialists including fishermen: the opportunity to choose wild fish of the day displayed on ice has become a unique experience for the guests of the restaurant.
