Amber

A raw bar, an open kitchen and the best view of the sunsets of Tsvetnoy
Boulevard. Amber is a Japanese restaurant by Anton Pinsky (Pinskiy&Co) and Dmitry Romanov (FolkTeam). 

Chef Andrey Kashirin collects the best fish from all over the world for sushi, sashimi and cool. All hot dishes are prepared on a large custom grill in the center of the open kitchen. All raw dishes are made from chilled fish and seafood from the Kamchatka Territory, Sri Lanka, Morocco, and the Pacific Ocean. The bar's team prepares subtle, thoughtful cocktails reflecting Japanese culture, and the wine list contains a large collection of rieslings and sake. 

Every Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 1:00, Amber is open in a bar format.
